Returns Policy & Process
We take great pride in our reputation for quality. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please let us know so that we can assist you as best we can.

Exchange
We understand that sometimes the size is not correct. As such we will happily exchange for the correct size. No redelivery fee will be charged by us to exchange a size, however it is your responsibility to return the product to us.
Refund (Change of Mind)
If after receiving the product you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back for a refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of original dispatch date in resalable condition (unworn and in original packaging). Sorbothane will refund the amount of the item (excluding freight), less a 5% restocking fee.
Faulty Items
Items are required to be inspected by our Product Assessments Team. If the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing, we will replace (at our cost) or provide a refund. The replacement can not be shipped until an assessment has been made. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.
Once you have determined which category fault you have, please contact us via email at sales@sorbothane.com.au or phone toll free 1800 640 096. A copy of your Sorbothane tax invoice will be required as proof of purchase. You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further details will be emailed to you in relation to sending your product back.
When sending your product back, we recommend you utilize registered post as Sorbothane does not take responsibility for items not received by us. Please allow 10 days from the day you return your product for your return to be processed and exchange product to be redelivered. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any Sorbothane products not purchased through our online store.
